Everything here — service pages, pricing, FAQ answers, guides, blog posts — is general information for business owners. It is not bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax or legal advice for your situation.

Tax and payroll rules change, and the right answer depends on facts we have not seen. Do not act on anything you read here without talking to a qualified professional about your own circumstances. If you want that conversation, call us.

Submitting a form, downloading a guide, booking a consult or calling us does not create a professional relationship. We become your bookkeeper, payroll provider or tax preparer only when we have both signed an engagement letter setting out scope, fees and responsibilities.

Until that is signed, nothing you send us is covered by a professional engagement — which is the practical reason we ask you not to send financial documents through the website.

Prices and plans shown on this site are starting points. Every engagement is quoted after we have looked at your actual books, and the quote is what counts.

The savings estimator is an illustration built from the numbers you enter and general market assumptions. It is not a quote, not a guarantee of savings, and not a prediction about your business.

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept to form a binding contract.

You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the page. Search engines, answer engines and AI assistants may quote and cite our content the same way, with attribution. What you may not do is republish a page or a guide wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own work.

Client quotes and reviews on this site are real, used with permission, and edited only for length. What one client experienced is not a promise of what you will experience.

This site links to and embeds things we do not control — a map, accounting software, review profiles, social accounts. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Follow a link and you are on their terms, not ours.

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may change, move or remove content at any time, including prices and service descriptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Spokane County, Washington, and you agree to that venue.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
